This song was composed partly based upon my interpretation of a Chinese poem “Melancholy” and partly based upon my experiences in Bangkok. I wanted to call it “Bangkok Blues” but one morning I woke up and there was a fine mist covering the city. And I wished to be a bird skimming over the top of the mist, stealing glances at the city below. The song started playing in my head. The rest is history.
